Terms of Service

Access to dealer pricing, negotiation, cart and checkout features is restricted to businesses registered and approved as verified partners (distributors or dealers) of Nakoda Electronics.

Nakoda Electronics reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information for any registration at its sole discretion.

Partners must provide accurate business, GST and identity information during registration. Providing false or misleading documents may result in rejection or suspension of the partner account.

Verification status (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Need More Information) is communicated via SMS, email and the partner portal.

MRP is indicative and displayed for reference only. Dealer pricing and negotiated pricing are visible only to approved partners and are subject to change without prior notice.

All orders are subject to product availability, minimum order quantity (MOQ) and confirmation by Nakoda Electronics.

Negotiation/quote requests are reviewed by our sales team and are not binding until a revised price is shared and explicitly accepted by the partner within the stated validity period.

Nakoda Electronics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, stock unavailability or pricing errors displayed in error on the platform.

The Nakoda Electronics name, logo, website design and all catalog content (product descriptions, images, pricing structures) are the property of Nakoda Electronics or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used for any purpose other than evaluating and placing orders with us.

Product images and specifications sourced from brand manufacturers remain the property of their respective brand owners.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorised access to another partner's account or data, scraping or bulk-extracting catalog/pricing data, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Reselling dealer pricing information itself (as opposed to the products purchased) to a third party is not permitted.

Nakoda Electronics may suspend or terminate a partner account for breach of these Terms, provision of false information, non-payment, or misuse of the platform, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

A partner may request closure of their account at any time by contacting Support; outstanding orders and payments must be settled first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mysore, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
